Ingredients
2 cups freshly grated extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature
¼ cup Duke’s mayonnaise
1 cup. Mt Olive Roasted Red Peppers, well drained and finely chopped
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Cooked bacon, Texas toast or other thick sliced bread, and Mt. Olive Petite Dills, for serving
Instructions
- Grate cheddar cheese into a mixing bowl.
- Add cream cheese, Duke's mayonnaise, and Mt. Olive Roasted Red Peppers. Stir to combine.
- Add garlic powder and onion powder, plus cayenne pepper and salt and pepper, and stir again. Set aside.
- To make a sandwich: Lightly toast two slices of bread, then spread with cheese mixture. Add two slices of bacon and additional cheese mixture.
- Slice and top with pickles. Enjoy!
