Ingredients

1 large Mt. Olive Kosher Dill pickle
1-2 Tbsp mustard
1-2 slices turkey deli meat
1 slice Swiss cheese, halved
1-2 slices crispy, cooked bacon
2 Tbsp Mt. Olive Jalapeno Slices (optional)
lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut pickle in half lengthwise and use a spoon to remove the seeds and some of the center, creating a “well” for your other ingredients.
  2. Drizzle with mustard and then layer on turkey, swiss, bacon, Mt. Olive Jalapenos and lettuce.
  3. Place the other pickle half on top and wrap tightly in wax or parchment paper.
  4. Slice in half and enjoy!
