2 lb. chicken breasts, boneless skinless
1/2 cup Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers (100% Kosher Dill Pickle Brine)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1-2 tsp. red pepper hot sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 burger buns, toasted
1 small red onion, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
5 (4.8-oz) packages Mt. Olive Munchies Kosher Dill Chips
- Place chicken in a 5-quart slow-cooker. Pour in Pickle Juice, vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, hot sauce, salt, crushed red pepper and pepper, and mix to coat.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
- Shred chicken into bite-sized pieces using tines of forks. Return chicken to slow-cooker.
- Top bottom buns with shredded chicken, onion, Munchies Kosher Dill Chips and bun lid.
- Serve and enjoy.
