Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
Burger seasonings of choice
7 slices American cheese, quartered
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup ketchup
1 romaine heart, leaves chopped to slider size
16 cherry tomatoes, sliced into thirds
50 Mt. Olive Kosher Dill Sliders or chopped Kosher Dills

Instructions

  1. Preheat griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Divide ground beef into 1.5” diameter balls.
  3. Using a spatula, smash burger balls one by one. Season then grill for 1-2 mins per side, topping with cheese after flipping to second side. Remove from griddle and let rest 5 mins.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and ketchup to make your 50/50 sauce. Set aside.
  5. To build pickle sliders: Top 1 Kosher Dill Slider with 1 piece lettuce, 1 slice tomato, 1 patty, some 50/50 sauce, then 1 pickle piece.
  6. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
