8 oz smoked mozzarella cheese, roughly torn
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup Mt. Olive Italian Seasoned Jalapenos, drained
Potato chips, for serving
⅓ cup diced tomato, for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a small dutch oven or oven-safe serving dish, combine smoked mozzarella and cream cheese and gently stir to combine.
  3. Top with additional grated parmesan and bake until bubbly and starting to brown in places, about 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and garnish with additional jalapeno slices and diced tomato.
  5. Serve with potato chips and enjoy.
