Ingredients

1 (~5lb) pork shoulder
BBQ rub of choice
2 Tbsp olive oil
6 oz Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers

Instructions

  1. Rub pork shoulder all over with BBQ rub, then place fat side up in a slow cooker.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and pour Pickle Juicers 100% Kosher Dill Brine on top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-12 hours, until pork is falling apart.
  4. Shred and return to juices, keeping warm until ready to serve.
