Ingredients
1 (~5lb) pork shoulder
BBQ rub of choice
2 Tbsp olive oil
6 oz Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers
Instructions
- Rub pork shoulder all over with BBQ rub, then place fat side up in a slow cooker.
