1 lb diced beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp canola oil
½ red onion, diced
½ bunch cilantro, leaves picked
8 corn tortillas
Mt. Olive Jalapeno Slices for garnishing
Lime wedges for serving
- In a medium sized skillet over medium high heat, add in the oil and wait till it gets hot. Add in the diced meat and season with salt and pepper. Cook to desired tenderness. (For medium cook for 5-7 minutes stirring frequently.)
- Remove cooked beef and set aside. Lightly heat the tortillas in the skillet.
- Begin building tacos.
- Garnish with onions, cilantro and jalapenos. Serve with lime wedges.
