1 prepared refrigerated pie crust formed in pan
6 large eggs
¾ cup milk
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ cup sliced Mt. Olive Roasted Red Peppers
½ cup Mt. Olive Vidalia Onion Strips
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
  2. In a large bowl, add in the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add the Roasted Red Peppers and Vidalia Onion Strips, and half of the cheddar cheese to the bottom of the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  4. Bake it in the oven for 35-40 minutes until the center of the quiche has set. Allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
