-ROASTED RED PEPPER COCKTAIL SAUCE-
1-2 Mt. Olive Roasted Red Peppers (about ½ cup packed), plus 1-2 Tbsp of the pepper brine
2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp ketchup
-PICKLE PESTO-
1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
3-4 Mt. Olive Kosher Baby Dill Pickles
2-4 Tbsp Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers 100% Kosher Dill Brine
1 clove garlic, grated
¼-¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
-SPICY PICKLE REMOULADE-
⅓ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Mt. Olive Dill Relish
2-3 Tbsp Mt. Olive Jalapeno Slices
1-2 Tbsp Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers 100% Kosher Dill Brine
Instructions
- Roasted Red Pepper Cocktail Sauce: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and adjust ingredient volumes to taste.
- Pickle Pesto: Combine basil, pickles, pickle juice and garlic in blender then stream in olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and adjust ingredient volumes to taste.
- Spicy Pickle Remoulade: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and adjust ingredient volumes to taste.
