-ROASTED RED PEPPER COCKTAIL SAUCE-
1-2 Mt. Olive Roasted Red Peppers (about ½ cup packed), plus 1-2 Tbsp of the pepper brine
2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp ketchup

-PICKLE PESTO-
1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
3-4 Mt. Olive Kosher Baby Dill Pickles
2-4 Tbsp Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers 100% Kosher Dill Brine
1 clove garlic, grated
¼-¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

-SPICY PICKLE REMOULADE-
⅓ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Mt. Olive Dill Relish
2-3 Tbsp Mt. Olive Jalapeno Slices
1-2 Tbsp Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers 100% Kosher Dill Brine

Instructions

  1. Roasted Red Pepper Cocktail Sauce: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and adjust ingredient volumes to taste.
  2. Pickle Pesto: Combine basil, pickles, pickle juice and garlic in blender then stream in olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and adjust ingredient volumes to taste.
  3. Spicy Pickle Remoulade: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and adjust ingredient volumes to taste.
